Designed to suit drop saws and mitre saws, METAL SONIC large cold cut TCT Metal blades offer fast clean cuts when cutting thin sheet metal, pipe, RHS & smaller solids.
Suitable for cutting mild steel, aluminium, colour-bonded cladding, corrugated iron, coolroom panel, plastics, perspex, timber & wood with nails.
DETAILS:
• Embedded Tungsten Tip (TCT), Generation 6 Tooth Geometry
• Expansion slots for reduced vibration
• Can be sharpened
Note: Bore sizes can be modified on request to suit specific machine spindles.
RECOMMENDED BLADE SPEEDS:
250mm: 2300 – 3500 RPM
305mm: 1950 – 3200 RPM
355mm: 1100 – 1600 RPM
